All damaged or defective products will be happily replaced within 120 days of receipt. Because that’s what you do for family, and we’re so happy you’re a part of ours.
Damaged or Defective Products
• Only except as provided in this section, all sales of Bomb Party products to customers and to Party Reps for their own personal user are final.
• No refunds or exchanges will be accepted or issued except in the case of a product that is damaged or defective.
• If the stone of a jewelry item falls out within 120 days of receipt, the product shall be deemed damaged or defective and a replacement will be shipped to the customer or Party Rep of the same item type or similar purchase price.
• If the purchaser of a damaged or defective product would like to obtain a replacement product under this policy, the buyer must contact the Customer Support Department at support@bombparty.com within 120 days of the date of receipt to initiate the return process.
• All instructions provided by customer service personnel must be adhered to in order to receive a replacement product. Any replacement request received more than 120 days after receipt will be denied.
Return Process:
• For certain items, Bomb Party allows photographic evidence of damaged product in lieu of a physical return, providing the below instructions are followed:
• All products to be returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number which is obtained by contacting customer support at support@bombparty.com. This RMA Number must be written on each packing slip or order.
• Damaged products should be placed on or next to the invoice or order documentation with both the product, order/invoice # and date purchased clearly visible in the photograph.
• Photograph, along with Party Rep Name and ID # or Customer name address and phone # should be sent to Happinessguarantee@bombparty.com
• Certain damaged items must be returned and received by Corporate before a replacement will be sentt. This includes but is not limited to Stacks and Glambox. • Bomb Party products purchased from sellers other than Bomb Party authorized sellers are not returnable to Bomb Party under this policy or any other guarantee or warranty.
Returns due to Reveal Issues:
• In the event one of the following occurs during the reveal of a customer’s purchase, the Party Rep shall reveal a new product for the customer at no charge and may submit a support ticket to support@bombparty.com to receive a replacement product.
• If a Party Reps drops the correct ring bomb color into the water and reveals an incorrect sized ring due to Home Office error.
• If a product package contains no jewelry (is empty).
• The item revealed does not match the color or collection listed on the invoice sent to the Party Rep.
• If the item revealed is damaged or defective, use the return process above. Effective 12/1/21
